Just sharing a great TED Talk - How creativity is being strangled by the law

I enjoyed watching this and have to agree with Larry Lessig, we need a solid and adapted chunk of rules that can play well with today's content creation.

After all this is the creative Web filled with user content, what's the use if we are prohibited to use it!?
